Market context

The Bandits face mCon esports in the lower bracket final of the Road Of Legends League of Legends playoffs, scheduled for 2 June at 12:00 PM ET. The winner advances to the grand final, whilst the loser is eliminated from the tournament. This best-of-five match represents a critical juncture for both organisations, as it determines which team survives the lower bracket gauntlet.

The 0% implied probability currently reflected in this market suggests either extreme confidence in one outcome or minimal trading activity establishing a baseline price. Comparable lower-bracket finals in regional LoL competitions typically see meaningful uncertainty, with teams that have survived elimination brackets often demonstrating resilience and adaptation. Historical precedent from similar Road Of Legends fixtures indicates that lower-bracket finalists frequently possess the mechanical skill and experience to challenge favourites, making decisive probability skew unusual absent clear roster advantages or recent performance divergence.

Key variables for traders include roster confirmation and recent scrim performance data, which typically emerge in the 48 hours preceding playoff matches. The settlement window extends to 22:00 UTC on 2 June, providing a seven-day buffer for match completion. Any schedule disruptions, technical issues preventing match conclusion, or unexpected roster changes would trigger the 50-50 tie resolution clause. Monitor official Road Of Legends announcements and team social media for injury reports or lineup confirmations closer to the fixture date, as these frequently shift market expectations in regional esports competitions.

Methodology

This page reviews LoL: The Bandits vs mCon esports (BO5) - Road Of Legends Playoffs across five venues. The live probability is the Polymarket mid-price, sourced directly from the on-chain Polygon order book; the comparison columns benchmark each venue on fee structure, KYC, settlement currency and payment rails. Every CTA routes to PolyGram, which mirrors the Polymarket order book at 0% fees.

Resolution & payout

Resolution source: This market settles from the official publication at https://www.twitch.tv/road_of_legends. A proposer submits the result to the UMA Optimistic Oracle on Polygon, the two-hour challenge window opens, and the smart contract pays out in USDC.

At resolution the UMA oracle takes over: a proposer posts the outcome with a bond, any token holder can dispute within two hours. Without dispute the result is accepted and the smart contract distributes USDC instantly.

On Kalshi (CFTC-regulated) resolution runs through their in-house clearing engine in USD. Betfair Exchange settles after match end in the account's local currency. Manifold pays no cash — only its in-platform "mana" currency.

FAQ

Where can I trade this market with the lowest fees?
Polymarket is geo-blocked in the US/UK/EU. The easiest 0%-fee broker into the same order book is PolyGram. Kalshi charges up to 7% per trade; Betfair Exchange takes 2-5% commission on net winnings.
Is this market available outside the US?
Polymarket itself is geo-blocked in the US/UK/EU. Always check the legal status of prediction markets in your jurisdiction before trading.
How does resolution work?
Through the UMA Optimistic Oracle on Polygon: a proposer submits the outcome, a two-hour challenge window opens, and USDC payouts settle automatically once the result is final.
Do I need to KYC for this market?
On Polymarket directly, no — it's wallet-based. Intermediary brokers like PolyGram trigger KYC only above $1,500 of lifetime trading volume; under that you trade pseudonymously with a single wallet address.
How reliable are the quoted odds?
The YES/NO percentages are the live mid-prices of the Polymarket order book. On deep markets they move every few seconds; on thinner ones you'll see short plateaus.
